This looks like a great piece of commercial property, how much is it listed for?  Good luck on selling it soon!

Thank you Michelle for taking a look, and for your question.

Ownership has set a very aggressive asking price for the property. Comparable retail buildings are selling for considerably more per square foot in the Clawson, Troy, and Royal Oak areas.

How is the commercial market there?  It's quite slow in NH.

Tim and Pam,

I miss NH. It has been years since we were able to take a visit out east.

The commercial market is "interesting". The leasing market is providing some great deals in all three segments - Office, Industrial, and retail. There is no doubt that it is a good market to be a tenant. I am sure like your market, that every company is different and each deal is looked at individually. With all the signs up in front of buildings, companies are still making mistakes that cost them money. Check out my tips page http://www.commercialrealestatemichigan.net/html/time_is_money.html.

We are doing a lot of Medical office sale and development. What trends are you seeing in the commercial market in NH?
